My First Sponsored Workshop Series in 2024

In 2024, I had the unique opportunity to organize and lead a series of 20 sponsored workshops across various locations. The workshops covered a wide range of maker topics, from 3D printing and creative electronics to hands-on prototyping and digital design. Each session was tailored to different age groups and skill levels, ensuring that everyone from beginners to advanced makers could participate and learn something new.

One of the biggest challenges was adapting the content to suit the diverse backgrounds of the participants. For example, in some workshops, I had to explain the basics of CAD modeling, while in others, we dove deep into advanced microcontroller programming. The feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing how much they appreciated the interactive and practical approach.

Throughout the year, I learned a lot about teaching, patience, and the importance of clear communication. I also discovered new ways to inspire creativity and problem-solving in others. The experience not only improved my own technical and organizational skills but also reinforced my passion for sharing knowledge and empowering others to create.

Looking back, the workshop series was a tremendous success. It fostered a sense of community among participants and sparked many new project ideas. I am grateful for the support of the sponsors and look forward to organizing even more workshops in the future.
